Jeremy George
Partner/Sales
Partner/Senior Engineer
Jeremy George has a comprehensive background of over 18 years in the telecommunications and information technology industries. He began his career in telecommunications as an install and service technician and earned the training and certifications to become a telecommunications engineer. George also specialized as a design and lead implementation expert on PBX systems and large call centers.
As telecommunications evolved, he diversified his skill set by branching into networking and information technology. George earned the following certifications: Microsoft MCP, Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP, SonicWALL CSSA, A+, McAfee MCP, Shoretel VoIP, and numerous other certifications on security and VoIP products and services.
George has worked with three different consulting firms in the Cleveland/Akron area before deciding there was a better approach to delivering IT Services to businesses. Jeremy and his partners created Integrated IT Group. George has structured Integrated IT Group with the goal of providing the highest level of service possible to businesses in the SMB space.
Douglas Holbert
Partner/Operations
President/CFO
As President and CFO, Douglas Holbert holds various managerial roles and oversees operations at Integrated IT Group.
Holbert began his career as a network administrator and systems analyst at The Carousel Dinner Theatre in Akron, Ohio, where he managed, maintained, and performed a full system upgrade. He moved on to work for CBiz Network Solutions as a network and systems engineer. He played a major role in two enterprise-size business system upgrades, with more than 500 users and 20 locations. After four successful years at CBiz Network Solutions, the company was affected by a declining economy and shut down.
Holbert’s Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree and course work in Management & Information Systems from Kent State University has heavily contributed to the success of Integrated IT Group. Holbert is a member of MISA (Management Information Systems Association of KSU), KSU Alumni Association, and various charity organizations, such as Team in Training – Athletic events to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and Autism Speaks Cleveland Chapter.
Holbert and Integrated IT Group are also active members of The Cuyahoga Valley and Greater Akron Areas Chambers of Commerce. He believes that being actively involved in the community is a requirement for success.
David Nervo

David Nervo has a combined 12 years of experience in the telecommunications and information technology industries. Working exclusively in business development and customer service in different industries such as health care, software transportation and CAD/CAM seating, David Nervo brings a different aspect and methodology to service in the telecommunication and IT industries.
